The fees in our office are based on these general criteria:
- The nature of the treatment required.
- The time and expense involved in providing the services, and
- The care, skill and judgment necessary to provide the services.
An estimate for any work needed will be given to you in the form of a treatment plan by our Finance Manager. This is only an estimate. It is the patient's responsibility to fulfill the financial commitments promptly and completely. The following payment options are available:

- Check (there is a $40 charge on all returned checks)
- MasterCard/Visa/Discover
- CareCredit: http://www.carecredit.com
- Dental Insurance
Dental Insurance is designed to assist in paying part of the cost of dental treatment. Dental Insurance is NOT designed to pay for the cost of all treatments. The deductible and any patient portions are to be paid at each visit. We are happy to submit your insurance claims for you, but you are responsible to know your own individual policy.
If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our finance manager prior to receiving service.
